An institutional capital platform for resources.

Yalira is structured around institutional credit, proprietary investment and mineral economic interests.

We start with the asset and its constraints, not a predetermined financial product.

The Opportunity

Value is not the same as financeability.

Development Finance

A development-ready project may lack suitable senior finance.

Corporate Restructuring

A company may hold a credible asset but require restructuring before it can be financed.

Mineral Inventory

Mineral inventory may have no established pathway to institutional capital.

The problem is not always a shortage of capital. Often, it is the condition of the asset when capital is asked to enter.

The Platform

One platform. Different forms of capital.

Subtle production pathway within a geological cross-section, drawn in fine muted-gold lines

Helix

Institutional Secured Finance

External senior capital for qualifying mining projects.

Helix is developing senior secured financing repaid from a finite pledge of future production. Yalira designs the credit structure; institutional investors provide the principal. The mining company retains ownership, production beyond the pledge and future resource upside, without equivalent new equity.

Stage: Architecture developed.
Next milestone: first financing.

Geological strata moving from fractured blocks to a coherent structure, in muted-gold lines

Catalyst

Ownership & Transformation

Proprietary investment where intervention can create value.

Catalyst considers only opportunities in which it intends to take ownership. It targets companies with credible mineral assets constrained by capital structure, legacy liabilities, governance or technical readiness, works to resolve the constraint, and remains exposed as an owner to any value created.

Stage: Investment architecture developed.
Next milestone: first investment.

Measured geological interest boundaries with technical survey markers, drawn in muted gold

Yalira Digital

Mineral Economic Interests

A potential capital pathway for qualifying mineral interests.

Yalira Digital is designing a model for institutional participation in economic interests associated with in-ground minerals, initially gold. Issuance would require enforceable rights, independent technical assessment, independent valuation, governance, and legal and regulatory validation.

Stage: In development.
No mineral inventory admitted or instruments issued.

Each business must establish its own record before it scales.

Yalira funds the capability; it does not intend to fund every underlying asset from its own balance sheet.

How Yalira Works

Common origination.
Separate approval standards.

Opportunities enter through shared origination and are assessed on technical evidence, economics, legal rights and financing requirements before any capital pathway is considered. Yalira draws opportunities from established technical and resource-sector relationships. Its initial focus is Australian mining assets, particularly gold.

Helix, Catalyst and Yalira Digital each apply their own standards. An opportunity may qualify for one pathway, more than one over time, or none.
